•24 hour notice required to cancel or reschedule any appointments. Cancelling with less than a 24 hour notice will result in 35% of the service being charged to the card on file along with deposit being kept. • Please let me know if you will be late, I am very understanding and for that I offer a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes your appointment will most likely need to be rescheduled. If your service is still able to be performed, a $15 late fee will be added. •Failure to attend your appointment without notice/ “no call no show” will result in 80% of the service will be charged to the card on file and you will be banned from booking. Other Policies •No rushed services •Please arrive to your appointment with a clean face. No makeup. •If you do not like something please contact me within 72 hours for a complimentary fix. Anything after 72 hours is considered a 1 week fill. •If allergic reaction occurs removal is free. •No refunds.
